Microsoft are currently investigating an issue with the Office 365 service that could be effecting some customers accessing Exchange Online email services.
They are actively working on a fix and hope to have services fully restored within the next 4 hours.
Please note this issue is not effecting all users of Exchange Online and therefore your service may be working as normal.
